2660 Magnolia Ave. Impressive sign. I bet you could see it for blocks at night. Great cars in the lot. Looks maybe mid-50s. The car is a poor print, not a bad scan. That red TV is great. Notice the walkway across the parking lot to the sun deck.

Today Magnolia Ave. is a scary place. This hotel is likely frequented by prostitutes.
