Monteagle, Tennessee

I found this great old motel in Monteagle, Tennessee when I went to a rockabilly weekender up there. I was told they wanted $700,000 for the property! Crazy.

UPDATE: 7/25/2011: This motel has been destroyed and the property is now home to a CVS Pharmacy. There was a lot of open land up there and they picked this property to ruin instead of some empty lot. Shame.
