Granted, these are for making Don the Beachcomber&#8217;s recipes&#8230;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Light Rum (Cruzan)<\/li>\n<li>Gold Rum (Cruzan)<\/li>\n<li>Dark Rum (Myers&#8217;s)<\/li>\n<li>151 Hamilton or other quality demerara (Lemon Hart is also okay)<\/li>\n<li>80 proof demerara (you may drop this and sub dark rum for space) (El Dorado 8 year)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Allspice dram (St. Elizabeth&#8217;s is the gold standard)<\/li>\n<li>Falernum (John D. Taylor&#8217;s Velvet Falernum is the standard)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Lime juice (Fresh squeezed ALWAYS)<\/li>\n<li>White Grapefruit juice<\/li>\n<li>Orange Juice<\/li>\n<li>Maybe pineapple juice for a Rum Barrel.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Honey syrup (50\/50 water and honey. Heat a little in microwave, about 90 seconds for 2 cups, and stir. Cool and bottle. Do not let boil or it is an instant mess.)<\/li>\n<li>Simple syrup<\/li>\n<li>Cinnamon syrup (B.G. Reynolds is the right flavor, but too strong. Cut in half.)<\/li>\n<li>Passionfruit syrup (Aunty Lilkoi&#8217;s is best)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Angostura Bitters<\/li>\n<li>Herbsaint or Absinthe<\/li>\n<li>Nutmeg<\/li>\n<li>Soda water<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Measuring devices (spoons and jigger, etc.)<\/p>\n<p>Granted, the size of your containers will dictate whether it all fits in one crate.<\/p>\n<p>Ice, glasses and a blender and you are set!<\/p>\n<p>With this you can make:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Navy Grog<\/li>\n<li>Jet Pilot<\/li>\n<li>Test Pilot (almost, Cointreau)<\/li>\n<li>Rum Barrel (almost, grenadine)<\/li>\n<li>151 Swizzle<\/li>\n<li>Big Bamboo<\/li>\n<li>Cobra&#8217;s Fang<\/li>\n<li>Demerara Cocktail<\/li>\n<li>Derby Daiquiri<\/li>\n<li>Jasper&#8217;s Jamaican<\/li>\n<li>Nui Nui<\/li>\n<li>Q.B. Cooler<\/li>\n<li>Zombie Punch (almost, grenadine)<\/li>\n<li>Shark&#8217;s Tooth (almost, maraschino cherry juice)<\/li>\n<li>2070 Swizzle<br \/>\n&#8230;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The drinks that may be missing a small ingredient are passable and your host may have what is needed or you can easily take it with.<\/p>\n<p>So next time you are invited to a cocktail party, or a room party at an event, show up prepared!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>IMO, you can fit all you need to make many of the best Tiki\u00c2\u00a0drinks in a milk crate.
